I feel awful having to write a bad review, as the lady that worked in the salon was so nice, however, honestly is the only way to help improvement. I went to the salon for a "curly bouncy blow dry" and come out with straight hair, and no volume. I had to go home and wash and dry my own hair again, which was very frustrating as I was going out for the day. I dont think it helped that the products that were used weren't ideal for blow drys (it looked like they had just got a random selection of products on sale), the hair brushes were very old and kept getting stuck in my hair causing fizziness.
The salon itself could be very nice, however, it was very untidy and gave a dirty feel.
I am used to paying £25 for a blow dry that looks and feels great and lasts a good few days, this was no where near £22, as mentioned it wasnt actually worth any price as I had to go straight home and wash it.
I didnt have the heart to say when I was there, and also there was another customer waiting so they wouldnt of done anything, however, I think the lady knew I wasnt happy.
