I arrived and was told to take a seat. 15 minutes later the lady said she’d be right with me. Another 10 minutes later I ask how long it will be and she said again, I’ll be right with you. Another 5 minutes and she finally calls me over and said she was sorry about the wait. I said that it would have been fine if she had told me it was going to be 25 minutes until she could see me as I had errands to run and I could have gone and come back.
I felt for her as one of her hairdressers hadn’t turned up but it would have been good to know that whilst I was waiting.
It wasn’t particularly clean, there were wax pots next to me with hair coming out of them, and there were a lot of flies flying around which was annoying.
The cut was fine enough but quite rushed. She cut my fringe but didn’t re-style so it was stuck out and looked pretty bad. Had to come home and re-style it myself. Won’t be coming back.

After initially postponing my appointment due to staff shortage, the saloon was closed the following day therefore the threading was not done. I have lost my money

Very professional and good leg and bikini wax. Fast nut not to fast. Not the most private area so I wouldn't have anything more intimate waxed :), but absolutely spot on for what I needed! She also so me early and squeezed in before busy Bank Holiday

The staff was very welcoming and friendly, the eyelashes looked beautiful however when I came out I realised I spent a lot for just a little amount of eyelashes which you could not really see, it doesn’t make a difference and the eyelash glue is so visible
