This was not an enjoyable experience. The wash cut and blow dry was uncomfortable. The cut wasn't done with much care or attention to detail so the whole appointment was done in 20 mins.

I had my hair washed, cut and blow dried the other day and it was perfect.
The lady was very friendly and she understood how I wanted my hair to look like. I would definitely visit again.

Unfortunately I had to wait a while due to an admin error between treatwell and the salon but I will definitely be returning as I'm sure this isn't the norm. My cut was exactly what I asked for, very happy with it.

Even though the lady was really polite and caring, my blow dry was not good at all... I had almost no volume and my hair didn't stay wavy at all even though my natural hair is wavy. I had blow dries before and normally my hair stays until the next day.

Had a great visit, the lady made me feel welcome. We chit chatted the whole time, which made the experience enjoyable. Will definitely come back for another visit.
