Aksa did my cut wash and blowdry and my hair is exceptionally smooth. She was so lovely and attentive and I felt like during the whole process she was focused on me and my comfortability. I will definitely be back.

The place wasn’t clean. I also got my eyebrows shaped by wax and she burnt my eyelid.

I cannot believe I was charged for this service. Worst I’ve ever experienced. The hairdresser (who was nice and meant well) had to come and take over after I was left in a lot of pain and with clumps of hair that remained. I’ve been to many salons having this treatment countless times and I have a high pain threshold but I wouldn’t wish that experience on my worst enemy. The treatment room is also the size of a closet with no where to put belongings and the towels were very stained
