The place wasn’t clean. I also got my eyebrows shaped by wax and she burnt my eyelid.

I cannot believe I was charged for this service. Worst I’ve ever experienced. The hairdresser (who was nice and meant well) had to come and take over after I was left in a lot of pain and with clumps of hair that remained. I’ve been to many salons having this treatment countless times and I have a high pain threshold but I wouldn’t wish that experience on my worst enemy. The treatment room is also the size of a closet with no where to put belongings and the towels were very stained

I’ve been before and had an experienced stylist but that wasn’t the case this time. I held my breath the whole time and ended up having to fix it myself at home. If I hadn’t prepaid, I don’t think I would’ve gone through with it. Not ideal.
