I had a pregnancy massage, as I was experiencing back pain issues. I am definitely happy with the treatment, I felt very relaxed for the rest of the day

After returning to sport i was very sore, however had a great massage focussing on tight spots across the body leaving me feeling looser and way better when leaving and like a new person the next day
