Really disappointed to leave a poor review but after only two days the majority of lashes were gone on one eye and after 6 days there’s hardly any lashes left! Have tried to contact to fix the issue and no reply, really sad as now it looks silly being so uneven and a waste of money

Once you have gone to Noor, it’s impossible to switch to a different lash technician. Honestly, you will barely feel the weight on her hands, I mostly just fall asleep. Lashes were also tailored to my preference as well as the condition of my natural lashes. I’m really happy with the quality of my lashes and I hope Noor is not thinking of retiring anytime soon.
