Good cut and like the colour but spent a lot of time trying to remove all the stains from my face. Prices wrong and charged more than booked for.

Nora was brilliant, taking in to account my extremely fine hair, making it now look thicker than it’s been for a long time. Pheobe’s attentitiveness and polite manor made me feel very well looked after and relaxed.

Attention to details on very low level. End up with poor quality of ombré.
Focus on the customer needs acceptable.
Hospitality, engagement and also cleanliness needs improvement...
