Not the best, manicure was thorough but the girl was so busy chatting to her friends that she managed to cut the skin around my nails! Very small selection of polish and not a great finish either would not go back.

I was overall very disappointed with my experience at Level Up. I felt like the hairstylist just wanted to get it done and over with as quickly as possible.
The place was not busy at all yet she didn't give me a mirror to have a look at the back. I was swiftly given my jacket back and that was it.
The haircut itself isn't bad but to me going to the hairdresser's should be a pleasant experience. I wasn't even asked if I wanted my hair to be styled a certain way, she didn't try to upsell any of the services they had.

I was a bit nervous to have a new employee do my hair, but I went for a complete re-style and I couldn't be happier! She was great with advice, made an effort to understand exactly what I wanted, was really patient with my nerves and reluctance, and most of all did a fantastic job! Five stars!
It was a lovely experience.. Leah was very helpful.. initially after the toning was done the hair colour looked little silverish but when i contacted Leah again she got it fixed for me without any extra cost. She was very helpful and patient and heard my request.. overall i would recommend this place.
