Honestly cannot fault Level Up at all. I have bad anxiety and so haven't had my hair touched by a professional in over a year. Nora kept me at ease the entire time and did an amazing job - it's even better than I'd hoped for! Will definitely be back.

I really enjoyed the stay and really like my new hair colour. However, my hair was very dry afterwards and not soft as it should be after a colour treatment, maybe need to wash more thoroughly to get it soft
