Booked on a whim on Friday night as I was so desperate for a cut. Warm welcome upon arrival! Small but cosy setting and really friendly staff. I arrived about 5 mins late for my appointment and they were totally fine about it! The team were really lovely and they gave me exactly what I wanted with my hair now looking healthy again. Thank you so much! Excellent value especially with the student discount.

Decided to change my hair from light blonde to copper brown. Colour intially was a bit too bright for my liking, so was toned down, free of charge, and is now my ideal shade! Both Nora and Leah are fantastic hairdressers and would highly recommend either of them!

My first visit to Level Up based on good reviews online. It was smaller and funkier than I expected - loved the wall art. Staff were very friendly but more important my hairdresser really listened and I got the haircut I wanted - which you don't always get especially with short hair. Also I didn't feel forced to make conversation all the time, it was very relaxing. I would have liked to be offered a coffee, that's the only improvement I can think of.
