I got my hair “balayaged” but the end result was just chunks of color versus a blended all over look. It looked fine in the salon, but it wasn’t until later when I was in normal lighting that I noticed the “stripes” in my hair. It’s not great and the reason I booked with this place was because of the reviews on this site. I also had an appointment at 1:30…wasn’t seen until almost 2:30 and then didn’t leave until 6. There was one hair stylist there and she was also working on two other people while doing my hair, so she had her assistant (who is not a trained professional, just a family friend) do things like washing my hair (didn’t even use conditioner) and putting the toner in. She also left the bleach on for over an hour because she was busy with other people and wasn’t watching the time and my ends are quite damaged now (which can be expected when going lighter, but I’ve never left a salon with damaged hair before). I didn’t feel comfortable with this situation at all, especially considering I paid a lot of money to have my hair done and expect it to be treated by a certified hair dresser.
The hair dresser herself was really nice and friendly, but I ended up going to another salon to get the color fixed.

Absolutely thrilled with my balayage and hair cut...she asked the right questions and payed close attention to what I was asking for and then totally delivered. She managed to transform my semi-botched balayage from a different salon and make it look great. So pleased.

I was in a mad rush the morning of my hair cut as I had to get home for a delivered, and although the appointment was 5 mind late getting started, the woman managed to get my hair wasted, cut, and a blow dry in lightening speed so i could be on my way. 🙂
