It was all pretty standard until it came to paying the bill where I was told that because I'd had more than 3" off my hair it was classed as "freestyle". At no point during the appt was this pointed out - not on their website either. I recommend that they put a disclaimer on their site/pricelist. this will prevent any further disappointments.
