I was really happy with the end result but quite basic facilities and felt a little like I had to chase any extras offered in the promotion, i.e. deep conditioning treatment.

Good haircut - came out with what I wanted and felt comfortable saying what I was looking for at every stage.

First of all, I don't take kindly to be told that my hair was flat and "had I been using a home colour" I didn't think my hair was that bad. After getting a so called treatment, a dip in the sink for 10 minutes to be told what a difference that's made, huh don't think so. All I can say is I won't be back and I suggest that the person doing my hair takes a good look at her own hair before decrying mine.
