I HAVE BEEN GOING TO LEVEL-UP FOR A WHILE NOW AND VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I GET FROM NORA AND HER STAFF .THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND LISTEN SHE ALSO GAVE ME ADVICE ON WHAT COLOUR AND CUT WOULD SUIT ME .AS I WANTED A CHANGE .I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE STYLE AND COLOUR .THAT NORA RECOMMENDED. MY FRIENDS ALL COMPLIMENTED ON HOW NICE IT WAS
Enjoyed my experience and the hairdresser was really friendly but my experience was slightly ruined by the fact she charged me £20 instead of £15 (which was what was advertised) because she "junior" was on holiday but didn't tell me before I had the treatment.
