My whole experience at the clinic was a calm and relaxing one with Tanya telling me what each procedure was. At the end of the treatment my skin did look a whole lot better and what also impressed me was the fact that the experience lasted the hour and 30 mins which I paid for, so I was not shortchanged in any way.
