The key to the treatments is Tanya. She has such a pleasant, friendly manner and knows how to make a client feel relaxed. Her long experience with the CACI treatment engenders confidence. I was complimented by a friend about my 'glow'. I hope that further treatments will result in improving my skin condition even more.

Therapeutic Massage
I bought two of these CACI facials and had one in July and expected to have the other in September. But I have decided not to bother. Usually, with a CACI facial, you actually see immediate results : glowing skin, a livelier looking face, just "something" which is positive and makes you want to do more. This was the first CACI facial after which I had no results or reaction at all, and, as it's so far away from my home, I don't think it's worth going all the way there again, sadly. It was £40 for 2 facials, so excellent value, but I was disappointed by the lack of results.
The therapist was friendly and talkative and welcoming, but I am not so sure she really knew what to do with the CACI wands. The things she did were not like I had had from other therapists in the past. And i left with moisturiser not rubbed in my face and just felt that she wasn't quite that ... professional I suppose. I have had better facials via Wahanda.

Excellent treatment, excellent service and excellent results! WOW! Highly recommended! If you need a pick me up or a pre-holiday quick slim fix this is definitely a treatment to go for! Instant inch loss! and baby soft skin :)
I purchased a voucher for two Environ facials which I thought was a very good value. It was very easy to book an appointment, the therapist even texted me detailed directions to the salon. The therapist was very friendly and thorough during the treatment. Unfortunately I expected a different treatment when I booked for Environ facial - I though it was going to be microcurrent treatment using Environ products which I had previously at another salon and was very impressed with the results. At Nordic Beauty I was given a manual facial with steam and extractions, followed by massage. In fairness the treatment was very good, but I preferred the final result of the microcurrent facial. The therapist told me that she does the whole range of other facials and her approach was to tailor them to individual skin needs. I'd go back to this salon to experience other treatments.
