This was the best CACI facial I have ever had.Tanya is a very talented,professional therapist.She is also very warm and friendly with an ability to put you at ease and ensure you get the most from your treatment.I highly recommend her.I will be back!

Four weeks after my first facial/massage combo I went back for the same package and sure enough I felt absolutely relaxed, refreshed, reinvigorated not too mention pampered after over two hours of treatment.
Tanya is meticulous and very much puts priority on the needs of her clients: there's always a consultation before and after the treatment in which she explains what she plans to do and what got done. For me she mixed and matched according to what condition my skin and physical wellbeing was that day (I came after working on a Sunday) following up and building on the previous treatment I had.
You can bet on it that I've already booked the next treatment in a few weeks time.
Classic Facials
Tanya was fantastic. Really taking the time to know everything about me so she could determine the most suitable treatment. The treatment lasted much longer than expected as time was taken to explain each phase of the treatment. Often you can end up feeling a little rushed and you lose the sense of relxation in spa's, but this was very much a personal experience where you feel totally at ease and taken care of as an individual. I will definitely be returning and fully recommend to others.

The first-time ever a therapist has put in me that inbetween place of sleep and consciousness. Tanya can do both tough and gentle to ensure the nasty knots disappear but at the same time ensure you get relaxation pure. I had a deep-tissue massage and afterwards a tailored facial combining CACI and Environ methods. If you're local to West London or don't mind traipsing towards this part of London you should give it a go - and hopefully like me further sessions to follow.
