I booked my first visit on line. The price stated was £10.50 which I thought great. When I got to the salon there was no smiles no hello I was just given a gown and asked to take a seat which as far as customer service goes it wasn’t ver pleasant. I had my hair cut and left. When I got home I checked my bill and I had been charged £15.00 so I messaged the shop to see why and I got the response it was a mistake call in for the difference! No sorry nothing. So now I have to go out my way to collect the £4.50 I was over charged.

I have been going to Norman and Philip’s Hair Salon for many years now. That is because the staff are professional and friendly, always ready to give you their utmost attention and loyalty.
I would continue to recommend this establishment for the future.
