Very knowledgable and a good functional assessment and treatment. More physio based and not relaxing but good none the less and would go back. My back feels much looser after.

Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend booking a massage here. My only issue was that there is no receptionist on weekends which meant that I ended up standing/waiting downstairs for 20 minutes because I arrived early and there was no one to give any directions. Besides this, the treatment itself and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional.
