Quick and efficient treatment :) did exactly what I asked and was out within an hour. (I got acrylics with UV Gel) ... lovely colour selection also!

I was slightly disappointed with my appointment here. No soaking of the cuticles before their rough removal, treatment should normally last 45mins but I was rushed out after 30mins. When it came to choosing a colour I commented that there sadly wasn't much variety, which was received with a shoulder shrug. After reluctantly choosing a colour I wasn't very keen on I noticed another beautician offer her customer an array of options which I was not offered. When I commented to the lady that they 'did have more options after all' she simply shrugged her shoulders and dismissed my comment. It felt like sheer laziness to me. Perhaps at another time with another technician my experience could have been different but the manners of mine made for a not very welcoming this visit.
They also seemed a bit put out that my voucher was via Treatwell as they have to pay a high commission rate. I don't really see the point in being part of the scheme if you're going to begrudge it and make your customer feel uncomfortable.
