I am extremely unhappy with the treatment I received today. This is the second time in total I have received a treatment from the man that works there and this is the second time that I have left unhappy and injured. He was rough on my nails and burned me several times with the drill and the nail file. One of my nails has been overfiled and is very sore.
I paid extra for the calcium treatment which he didn’t allow for enough time to dry before he was ushering me out of the door and it is now all smudged.
On top of the poor treatment, he wasn’t welcoming or smiley.
The first time I was served by this man, he overfiled my foot and it started to bleed.
It’s safe to say that I am very reluctant to return again.
All in all, I have always been happy with the treatments I have received when I have been served by one of the ladies. This gentleman is the only downfall of this company.
Nail or Gel Polish Removal
The whole experience was lovely. I prefer their environment to the others I've been to. The staff are lovely especially Dennis who gave me an amazing pedicure. I would definitely recommend. X
