Lovely, attentive staff. The salon was running about ten minutes late but I was the last appointment of the day and was offered drinks whilst I was waiting. My hairdresser listened to exactly what I wanted and took the time to blow dry my hair as I wanted it after my haircut too - really pleased!

I booked in to have a gel nail removal with Calcium treatment, and a full set for SNS with manicure. Firstly, they saw me 20mins late, with no apology. I never got any treatment or manicure done. The SNS nails was ok, but some areas not smoothed down. They only use clear SNS so be careful - I got shellac done. But it’s chipped already. Not impressed
