I had booked a pedicure with the same lady who had done my manicure. However when it came to doing my pedicure they had the man that worked there so this which confused me as I had purposely chosen the same woman who’s previously done my nails.
I felt uncomfortable with this as I had chosen a woman for a reason but tried to think nothing of this. The treatment was rough, the man had used the file so vigorously on my foot that he cut the skin which started bleeding. I feel that care should be taken to observe the condition of the client’s foot and skin before deciding how vigorous to scrub their feet.
Lastly, I was disappointed with my nails as he had not taken care to ensure even application of the nail polish and chrome powder. The result was one foot that had chrome nails and the other that did not. This was clearly due to him rushing the treatment.
It has made me apprehensive to return for a pedicure in future.

Average salon and nails were ok. Treatment was very rushed, and not much care to cuticles or application. I would not go again.

Always a great result from here, nails look great and they really last. The treatments do take a bit longer than other salons but as long as you're not pushed for time, it's worth every minute.
Great selection of gel colours including chrome.
This is my new regular!
