Super friendly and professional hair styler. She made suggestions and recommendations and her work was impeccable.
However, the person that did my eyebrow threading was not. Not sure if she had experience at all. I had grown my hair quite a bit and asked to keep as much of the original shape as possible. She said "I'll try". It was not what I got. The length of the eyebrows was different, the shape was different from one eyebrow to the other, and she was acting all cocky about it.

Hydrating facial is a fantastic treat and Nilan is very proficient. I enjoyed the whole hour and after that I could see the results: the skin was relaxed and super hydrated.
After the facial I had a blow dry with Ela who was able to style my hair exactly how it was in the picture I showed her.
