The staff were swift in answering my call on the phone. I was assured that they would be open when I checked their business closing hours on Google. They kindly updated me of their business times. On my arrival, I was greeted with a smile. I was asked what shape I preferred on eyebrows, I was given guidance on how Jaz would try to compliment the shape and I had feedback on my eyebrows. I was given a card and brochure to take home.

the hand massage was a bit too hard my skin kept being red from the harsh hand massage up my arms. therapist was sweet but the whole atmosphere was off putting there... wouldn't recommend. And she did comment on my short nails and didnt receive a nailart.

The actual massage was absolutely perfect and Pari was amazing. She’s so sweet and very considerate of your pain tolerance and constantly checks your okay which was soo sweet. After the massage I felt so much relief and it was desperately needed, I even booked another one for two weeks. However, I would have said five star had I not been able to hear the extra staff that were outside the door making noise since the door doesn’t actually shut
