Great haircut as always and happy kids :-)

Such a shame! Our children have had their hair cut here for a few years now. On a recent Saturday (we had pre-booked 3 consecutive kids haircuts from 10.15-11am) we arrived at 10.05am to be told, quite unapologetically, that they were too busy and to come back 25 minutes later. We returned at 10.30am, to be made to wait yet another 10 mins before the hair cuts started, two (very rushed) cuts were completed in 20 mins flat but I had to send one child home without a hair cut.
Caroline, the owner, is lovely however. Needless to say she wasn't at the salon, or things may have turned out differently.
No solution offered, no real apology, nothing offered to compensate the inconvenience....
