I found Irina abrupt and defensive . She wasn't willing to the listen to what I had in mind . Her mannerism wasn't professional .

Good overall experience, however I felt Iryna was perhaps a bit stressed so rather short in tone to me and even cutting me off as I stated to speak. Also I was not asked for permission to put glitter on my daughter’s hair - this is quite a pain to wash out.
