Team were understaffed so I get being late but I was quite sharply told I was early 10mins after my appointment was due to start. Stylist still continued to show pictures of her daughter to another client. (I get being proud but when you ARE running this late, maybe be proud at another time)
I discussed a side fringe and a bob for my daughter but just got a bob so hair is still falling into my daughters face.
After a full 30min wait (with a baby in hand) and 5 min hair cut I was issued a bill of £20 for the cut. I only pay £15 for my 5 year old who gets a wash cut and blow dry at another salon
Incredibly expensive! Was it because it was a 1st cut? Was it some sort of experience fee?!
Untied lock of hair was popped in a pretty bag but to be honest not 100% it is my child’s hair as there was so much hair all over the Thomas Train seat from previous cuts.
