Good advice from the hairdresser, the cool seats and dvds were invaluable and I was pleased with the cut. It would have been nice if they had given "first haircut" certificates but didn't have any. However I was told we could pick one up another time. A bit expensive for a childrens cut and no tea or coffee as promised in the website!!
