Myself and my two children have been going to Caroline for quite some time now and it is always a great experience. She is warm, friendly and always takes the time to chat and make us feel welcome.
Caroline has excellent attention to detail and it's refreshing to find someone who genuinely puts their clients needs first. What I appreciate most is her honesty and professionalism, she only recommends what is truly needed and will never upsell unnecessarily. Consistently great, highly recommend.

I took my 3yo here for the first time. He is always reluctant to get his haircut and it went very well. Mo made him feel welcome and was patient. I was also very happy with the attention to detail. I have been to other places where they take too much off and the cut doesn't come out as expected but Mo kept checking that I was happy with the cut throughout.
