Lovely little spot inside the Park Royal Hotel :) Relaxed atmosphere and location is very easy to get to. Would return!

As a long time client, I have had many treatments with Marjori and they have all been fantastic. I now wouldn't use anywhere else. She know's exactly which treatments would be great for me and they are all carried out in a friendly, unhurried atmosphere.

Nice atmosphere in spa, inside hotel next to York station- greet location. I enjoyed my manicure, I now have beautiful nails!

After being a loyal client for some time I have turned my back on this therapist. Feel totally aggrieved by many issues concerned i.e hiked inflated prices with unjust discounts (£45 half hr facial + 30% discount when the full hour is £49 full price) told to get a refund instead! Timings an issues here too. Shame really
