Emmie was lovely and was very professional, ensuring I felt comfortable with my cut and colour.
Emmie was extremely easy to talk to and from the moment I sat in the chair she listened to what I wanted or didn't want and I felt comfortable asking her to cut a bit more or leave her to do her thing. My first visit to Nouvelles was a pleasure from start to finish, with great prices and a lovely salon with great, approachable staff. I will definitely be coming back, thank you so much Emmie for being so lovely and making me feel like myself again, you truly are a credit to the team! Xx
Lovely experience, the salon was compliant with all safety measures and staff were friendly and professional throughout my visit.
The treatment room was very calming and Melis was good at making engaging conversation and explained the treatment clearly. Once she realised I was pregnant as well, she was considerate, checking I was comfortable and whether I needed any adjustments.
Would recommend and looking forward to returning again!
Extremely happy with service and knowledge of the hairdresser's. Will be asking again to have Emmie do my hair I wish we could upload pictures the colour matching is par too none! Very greatful and happy. Nevie (hope I've spelt right) did a great job with hair styling after my husband noticed (that's saying something) 🤣
