I didn't actually get the treatment today because the venue had no record of me having an appointment with the. Treatwell was a real let down, and I have made a complaint to them about it. The staff at Nova were really helpful and lovely as usual. Had to reschedule with them, and they were very accommodating.
Face Peel
My treatment was good, I’ve been here many times and they are very good at what they do. However, my treatment was delayed for over half an hour causing me to miss my next appointment, I barely got an apology and had to rush so didn’t get to fully enjoy or take advantage of the treatment
