The appointment started 10 minutes late and no aromatic oils were used in the massage just a non scented moisturizer it didn't really make the treatment feel luxurious.

Nova is, as always, professional, clean and very pleasant. Staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Great massage. Would recommend!

Fantastic venue, staff incredibly welcoming and room very relaxing. Masseuse was warm, friendly and very good - so good I nearly fell asleep! Highly Recommended!
