From the moment I consulted Louise to the completion of the procedure, I felt confident and well-cared for every step of the way.
I was impressed by the professionalism and expertise provided by Louise. She took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, including its benefits and potential risks, and answered all my questions with patience and clarity.
During the procedure itself, I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and virtually painless it was.

Treatment was listed for an hour but was only half an hour. Therapist had her phone on loud so it kept going off which was very disturbing. She was very nice and accommodating of the fact I was running late but was v annoyed it was only 30 mins
