Our son does a lot of football. Prior to working with Josh regularly he tended to be injury prone. He has not incurred injury in many months now despite being regularly physically challenged on the ball. His strength on the ball and general level of fitness and improved considerably as well. We highly recommend Josh as a personal trainer.
