First sports massage since Covid first lockdown but have trained via zoom and back with PT when allowed! Had a great chat through thinks with Josh and the medical issues/injuries I had. He made me feel relaxed and was professional throughout! Highly recommend him and I have already booked for next treatment!

Good chat and detail as to how to look after myself long term so that my shoulder pain doesn’t rule my life. Great massage, painful but in a good way, feeling better. Showed me stretches to do at home 👍
