Not greeted - no idea what you call the girl ! No covering or tissue, mentioned it was chilly ,I had to ask for my cape to warm up. Never spoke or explained once what she would be doing. I was suffering from a bad back she just automatically lowered the chair it nearly killed me. I had to ask what the products were. All she could say is they were used by America a lot. I’ll never go back. I felt totally uncomfortable almost like it was a chore for her.

Lovely experience didn’t see any difference with my treatment but then I didn’t know what to expect, very relaxing 😌 which I find extremely hard to do, but will be booking up again, for a different treatment

I had a dermomicrobrasion which was great. My skin felt clean and refreshed. I did end up with a bruise on my nose but I have sensitive skin so not unexpected. I'm definitely going to go back
