I can’t really comment on the atmosphere, cleanliness or overall treatment as I haven’t visited. I arranged an appointment with Magdalena as I wanted to find out more about the treatment and the therapist’s qualifications. She rang 20 minutes late without an explanation or apology. She told me immediately I wasn’t suitable despite advertising for the exact same thing I was enquiring about. Poor customer service and lack of depth regarding the discussion.
