Had a fabulous Rose Oil Massage at Nova Therapy. The therapist, Teddy, was superb - she was attentive and genuinely interested in my underlying health and keen to offer suggestions for maintenance and improvement. I intend to return to Nova Therapy.

Had a sports massage with Tedy and this is one of the best I've had. Tedy targeted all the trouble areas I have spotting these herself. Felt amazing after and have already booked my next. Would definitely recommend.
