Would highly recommend a massage with Tedy from Nova. She listened to my talk about my back issues and made sure that she concentrated mainly on the problem areas. A real deep tissue massage where you could feel the soreness the next day - perfect. Going back next week for an hour!

I can't rate this place highly enough. Great venue, really knowledgeable and welcoming staff and most of all a great great deep tissue massage. I've already booked a follow up appointment. :)

I had a great massage by Kremy. She was super friendly and made me feel very relaxed (well, as much as you can with a deep tissue massage). I have already booked to go again in a couple of weeks.

I was very happy with the Sports Massage I received, it was well worth the money and really helped my sore muscles. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely go back!
