Great knowledge and technique from masseuse: profoundly relaxing! Layout of facility is well thought out and clean, music is smartly chosen and appropriate. Although the masseuse rescheduled at last minute, she was very kind and sincerely apologetic - it was not her fault. She also gifted a fancy soap to say sorry (unnecessarily) so extra brownie points!
