Excellent massage. I have been doing massage treatments for a little while to help with my shoulder issues and Teddy really worked on my neck to unblock it which is what I need. I have another session booked for this week!

I had a fantastic experience at Nova Therapy, the massage was excellent and really helped with the tension in my shoulders and back. My masseuse Teddy was wonderful, friendly and prompt in explaining what she was doing, and even gave me recommendations on what to do. I'll definitely be going back.
