I had a fantastic experience at Nova Therapy, the massage was excellent and really helped with the tension in my shoulders and back. My masseuse Teddy was wonderful, friendly and prompt in explaining what she was doing, and even gave me recommendations on what to do. I'll definitely be going back.

I had a 1 hour deep tissue massage with Teddy and it was one of my best massages. She was professional, polite and friendly and she really tailored the massage to my needs. She did exactly what I wanted her to do and also recommended what parts of my body I need to focus on in my next massage. The place is very clean and professional. Nice, relaxing atmosphere too :) I will definitely be coming here again. Thank you for the great massage! :)
