I really enjoyed my Deep Tissue Massage. I couldn't recommend more, the room was lovely and relaxing and my therapist Teddy was really great, she asked if the pressure was okay and wanted to know where was the trouble spots. I will definitely be going back!

I had a really relaxing massage at Nova. It was my first time having a massage and I would totally recommend them. Tedy (the masseuse) was extremely professional. She asked me where I had pain and tailored the massage to give me the most relaxing experience I have ever had. She also gave me some really good post-massage advice. All in all a really good visit and I will definitely be going again!

Now that's what I call a deep tissue massage! Teddy was brilliant, she was able to firmly massage all my knots and aches. Highly recommended and will be going back.

It was a really fantastic massage exactly what I asked for and great therapist. She was professional and knowledgeable, I felt that I was in good hands.Will definitely be going back! Great, I would recommend to anyone the rooms are nice and the place is very clean.

This massage was amazing! Teddy was fantastic - I could feel every muscle relaxing, and I could feel she was releasing the knots that were causing the tension!
