I arrived for my booked appointment and the salon was locked up. I called the number and no one answered and no one has called me back. Looking at the reviews I can see this isn’t the first time. Really inconvenient and a waste of time - will not book with this salon again

I went for highlights and they have extensively damaged my hair. Large sections are now broken and frayed, I cannot blow dry it or straighten it for fear of more damage. Don’t risk your hair - I have been having highlights for 15 years and this is the worst damage I have ever had or even seen. Really dangerous way to treat hair, clearly over bleached and heated it and now I am paying the price. Would not recommend.
