The venue was really nice and easy to find. The staff was kind and very nice to talk to. I had booked a wash-cut and blow dry offer.
Because that day they were shot of staff, I had to wait a bit longer for my turn (which honestly didn't bother me at all), however as a way of apology for the delay, they offered me a Free mask for my hair, which was lovely from them. Antonio cut my hair, and he did a great job! I am very picky when it comes to haircuts and I am always disappointed by the result, but HONESTLY, this was the best haircut of a lifetime. Antonio is absolutely professional in his job, and makes sure that he realises what you've asked for, whilst giving you advice on what would suit you better. I loved the result. Only downside is probably the blow dry which didn't start from the roots (knowing that I have really curly hair at the roots) HOWEVER, the result was great and would definitely recommend this place!!! 5 stars well deserved !!!
I had a haircut appointment with Antonio, who is fantastic. He was attentive to what I wanted, gave me a great head massage when he was washing my hair and he took the time and care to give me a great haircut, which I love. The one thing I would say is that if you're booking here you should preferably pay at the venue because when I went they had problems with their internet and even if I showed my payment confirmation from Treatwell on my phone, the salon manager (a blond lady) was very suspicious of me (and a little callous I have to say) so it dampened my experience a little. Also, note that they don't have the option to pay anything by card (if you get something extra for instance) and the card machine next to the salon charges £1.85 per transaction so it's better to come with cash, even if they don't say so on the phone. All in all, I'm happy with my haircut and it was a good value (£30 as a Sunday special) and that's what matters. Antonio was lovely and a great hairdresser so I'll probably be back just for him.
