I arrived on time for my haircut, however I had to wait 25 minutes for my appointment. The salon was very busy which I understand, however, I would’ve appreciated it if they could’ve let me know beforehand as I had somewhere to go afterwards. Jane cut my hair nicely and I was pleased with the result, however I did feel the cut was a bit rushed.

Terrible haircut. Hair was all different lengths. Very bad customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.
