Been here a few times with no issues - though they never seem to be aware of bookings made by treatwell!
I pre-booked my post-lockdown appointment several weeks in advance, but when I turned up they were not expecting me. I opted to wait, but during this time several other girls turned up and were turned away despite having an appointment.
The trim itself was rushed. I opted for a rough dry, but my hair was still very wet when I was told my time was up!
Haircut took two hours instead of 50mns - and was interrupted at least 10 times because of lack of personnel...
Unfortunately I booked in for an appointment with Roberto and when I arrived he was not there, and the salon turned me away. The employee that served me was very apologetic and friendly but it’s very disappointing to walk 45 mins there and 45 mins back to be turned away when you have a confirmation of the booking.
Great experience - I was able to book on 12 April 2021 lucky me!
I was attended to promptly and was really please with the service and outcome.
